Lawyer Do Anh Tam has more than 24 years of working experience in the banking industry and is a legal advisor in the field of credit, loan security and legal proceedings for commercial banks. She has held many important positions at the Chinfon Commercial Bank Branch in Vietnam and Vietnam International Bank.

Besides, Mr. Do Anh Tam has much professional experience with large commercial banks, Vietnamese businesses as well as large international banks and multinational corporations operating in Vietnam. Many large and complicated transactions on loan syndication, issuance/sale of bonds were successfully advised by lawyer Do Anh Tam. At the same time, she also advises on M&A transactions, restructuring of businesses and sale of strategic shares.

Lawyer Do Anh Tam possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from National Economics University, and an LLB from Hanoi Law University.
