Dr. Nguyen Thuy Trang is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association. Currently she is in charge of legal affairs and internal compliance control in a state-owned corporation with more than 30 subsidiaries, branches, and representative offices throughout the country. Dr. Nguyen Thuy Trang has over 17 years of experience in legal consultancy, especially on issues related to the internal administration of state-owned enterprises.

Besides, Dr. Nguyen Thuy Trang has in-depth expertise in the fields of investment, project management, contracts, labor, finance, tax, land, and criminal.

Dr. Nguyen Thuy Trang also acts as a collaborator of the Law Faculty of National Economics University, Hanoi Law University, and Judicial Academy. In the field of scientific research, Dr. Nguyen Thuy Trang is the author of many scientific books and articles published in various journals such as Law Journal (Hanoi Law University), Legal Science Magazine ( Ho Chi Minh City University of Law), Journal of Legislative Studies (Legislative Research Institute of the National Assembly), Journal of Democracy and Law (Ministry of Justice), State and Law Magazine (State and Law Institute), Banking Magazine (State Bank of Vietnam), and Journal of Legal Profession (Academy of Justice).

Dr. Nguyen Thuy Trang possesses an LLB in Justice and Administration, an LLM in Criminal from Law Faculty – Vietnam National University (Hanoi), and an LLD in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from Hanoi Law University.
