With more than 20 years of experience in the field of human resource development and training, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao has held many positions such as lecturer of training courses for managers and internal trainers, Head of Business Training Department, and Training and Development Director of domestic and foreign financial and banking groups such as Prudential, PPF, Generali, Home Credit, VP Bank, and Techcombank.

Given her experience, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao has delivered training to 300 middle and senior leaders of corporations so that they become more successful at work and in the development of their organizations.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thao possesses a Master degree in Human Resource Management from the American IT & Management Association, a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Language from Ho Chi Minh City Open University, a Certified Associate Customer Service certificate (LOMA – USA), a Certified Professional Coach certificate (ICF – International Coach Federation), and ROI certificate (ROI Institute)
