Dr. Nguyen Minh Hang is a senior lecturer, with nearly 20 years of experience in legal consultancy and litigation.

With regard to teaching experience, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hang has been delivered undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in various universities such as Hanoi Law University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Faculty of Law – Vietnam National University (Hanoi), Faculty of Law, Foreign Trade University, Faculty of Law – National Economics University, State and Law institute, and Ho Chi Minh National Politics Academy. She has presided and participated in developing and putting into use many post-graduate vocational training programs for the following titles: judge, prosecutor, lawyer, notary public, process server, etc.

In the field of scientific research, Dr. Nguyen Minh Hang has written and published many monographs, references in law: she is the chief editor of several law curriculums for judges, prosecutors, lawyers, etc. She has successfully supervised many students in obtaining master and doctorate degrees in law, and been a member of many committees to select and appraise key national-level and ministerial-level scientific research projects as a leading expert in civil law and civil proceedings in Vietnam.

Dr. Nguyen Minh Hang possesses an LLB in Economics Law from Hanoi Law University, a Bachelor’s degree in English from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies, and an LLM and an LLD in Civil Law from Hanoi Law University.
