Lawyer Nguyen Thi Thu Ha is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.

Lawyer Nguyen Thi Thu Ha used to be the Head of Organization and Administration Department with more than 10 years of experience in advising and consulting administrative and human resource issues to the Directorate. Lawyer Nguyen Thi Thu Ha has extensive experience in advising businesses on business administration and advising leaders of enterprises on laws relating to recruitment, management, evaluation, and training of personnel.

Lawyer Nguyen Thi Thu Ha graduated from the Faculty of Economics Law of Hanoi Law University. In addition to a lawyer practicing license granted by the Ministry of Justice, she also possesses an auctioneer practicing license and an asset management officer practicing license granted by the same ministry. She has been trained and certified as a process server.
