Lawyer Nguyen Van Dat is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.

He used to work and advise many domestic and foreign enterprises, major credit institutions in Vietnam such as Kukoyo Vietnam Company, Techcombank, International Bank, and Tien Phong Bank.

Lawyer Nguyen Van Dat has many years of experience in consultancy for businesses, bank credit operations, contracts, debts management and collection, and litigation in court.

Lawyer Nguyen Van Dat graduated from the Faculty of Law – Vietnam National University (Hanoi), completed a lawyer training course at Academy of Justice, and possesses an LLM from Hanoi Law University.
